These Fourth of July Drink recipes are a fun way to celebrate summer holidays and provide guests with drink options too! Get all the recipes below!
Fourth of July can be such a fun holiday for children and adults alike. But any holiday is more fun when there is special food to go alone with it. This year I’ve created several Fourth of July Drink recipes that are just perfect for celebrating.
Red, White and Blue Lemonades
These Red, White and Blue Lemonades are the perfect 4th of July drink recipes to give your guests a choice of creating the drink of their choice. To make them, all you have to do is use my base recipe for Old Fashioned Lemonade and then offer a few flavoring options.
Red Lemonade
To make the Red Lemonade, which is actually a Strawberry Lemonade, you need to make a Strawberry Puree First. To do this I combine 15 strawberries with 2 Tbsp. of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Once everything is blended, chill the mix in the refrigerator immediately so the sugar can make a little magic happen. This creates a strawberry puree that I like to use versus just a strawberry juice. If you like you can strain the mixture to get a finer juice or remove the seeds. Chill the mix for about 2 hours before using. (Full recipe below.)
Blue Lemonade
To create the Blue Lemonade for your Fourth of July drink recipes (or a Blue Raspberry Lemonade), you will want to use a Blue Raspberry Syrup. I like this one {HERE} when it comes to flavor. You don’t need a lot of this to make it flavorful and I’ll give the full recipe below.
White Lemonade
To create the White Lemonade ( a Coconut Lemonade) you will want to combine Coconut Cream with the Old Fashioned Lemonade. Again, I’ll detail this out in a full printable recipe below.
If you want to offer these options, just make a pitcher of my Old Fashioned Lemonade (or you can always buy lemonade pre-made but I won’t stand buy the taste), and have everything else available to chill.
Firecracker Mocktail
My Firecracker Mocktail is one of my most fun Fourth of July drink recipes. It’s a little high maintenance and you have to use very specific drinks to make the colors stack up, But if you can make it work it will delight everyone at your 4th of July celebration.
Watermelon Margarita
My Watermelon Margarita is my favorite seasonal cocktail! It’s the perfect Fourth of July drink recipe because it’s made from fresh watermelon which is just at it’s peak right now. You can find it {HERE}.
Watermelon Lemonade
This Watermelon Lemonade was one of the first recipes I made for our first summer on the farm. My brother makes it several times every summer now because he loves it so much. I think you’ll love this one too for your Fourth of July drink recipes. You can find it {HERE}.
Thank you so much for visiting everyone! The printable recipes for the Red, White & Blue Lemonades are below. I hope you love all of these Fourth of July drink recipes!
