Equipment

  • Baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 heads of broccoli, individual florets removed and washed
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese from the deli section
  • 3/4 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • Spray olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degree and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together eggs and milk in one bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the bread crumbs, spices and cheeses.
  • Dip each piece of broccoli into the egg mix and make sure it is covered, including between the individual stems on the florets.
  • Next, put them in the breadcrumb mix and coat them, covering the stems and crowns fully and pushing the mixture between the individual stems and heads.
  • Lay them on a lined backing sheet and spray with a spray olive oil. Then back for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy with ranch or creamy garlic!
