Preheat the oven to 400 degree and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together eggs and milk in one bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the bread crumbs, spices and cheeses.
Dip each piece of broccoli into the egg mix and make sure it is covered, including between the individual stems on the florets.
Next, put them in the breadcrumb mix and coat them, covering the stems and crowns fully and pushing the mixture between the individual stems and heads.
Lay them on a lined backing sheet and spray with a spray olive oil. Then back for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy with ranch or creamy garlic!
