Ingredients

Ingredients for the Honey Mustard Marinade/Sauce

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Ground Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Ingredients for the Pork Chops

  • 4-6 Pork Chops Either boneless or bone-in
  • Season both sides with sea salt and pepper
  • 1/2 the Honey Mustard marinade as a marinade
  • 1/2 the Marinade for dipping sauce
  • Parsley for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by mixing everything together. Split into halves. Reserve 1/2 for a dipping sauce in the refrigerator.
  • Season the pork chops on both sides with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  • Pour 1/2 the marinade over the pork chops in a bag or container and then refrigerate for 2-12 hours. If you use a container, make sure to flip it over a few times to ensure proper coating.
  • Heat the grill to medium to high.
  • When the grill is ready, sear all the pork chops for 2 minutes. Then cook 4-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remember, boneless pork chops will cook faster.
  • Remove the pork chops and let rest for 3 minutes.
  • Serve with additional sauce for dipping and fresh parsley.
