Prepare the marinade by mixing everything together. Split into halves. Reserve 1/2 for a dipping sauce in the refrigerator.
Season the pork chops on both sides with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Pour 1/2 the marinade over the pork chops in a bag or container and then refrigerate for 2-12 hours. If you use a container, make sure to flip it over a few times to ensure proper coating.
Heat the grill to medium to high.
When the grill is ready, sear all the pork chops for 2 minutes. Then cook 4-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remember, boneless pork chops will cook faster.
Remove the pork chops and let rest for 3 minutes.
Serve with additional sauce for dipping and fresh parsley.
