Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Wash and dry the green beans and then trim the stems. Line them up together to do this faster.
Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the olive oil. Toss to coat them on all sides and make sure they get back to the single layer for cooking.
Sprinkle with the sea salt and pepper and then bake for 15 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and add the almonds. Toss them again to coat the almonds in the olive oil.
Bake for another 3 minutes or so. Don't go over 5 minutes or the almonds will get too browned.
Remove and serve immediately.
