Mint and raspberries as a garnish
Raspberry Simple Syrup Ingredients

Raspberries

sugar

Instructions
Instructions for the Raspberry Simple Syrup
Combine the raspberries, sugar and water on the stove over a low flame.
Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
Strain out the raspberries and add the mixture to a mason jar. Let it chill for 2 hours.
Instructions for making the Champagne Floats
Add ice cream and sorbet to the glass
Add in the vanilla and raspberry simple syrup.
Pour the champagne or sparkling grape juice over the top.
Garnish with mint and a raspberry. Drink with a straw.
