  • 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 16 oz. bag of frozen spinach
  • 18 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped in half You can find these in jars in about 12 oz. so you need a jar and a half. You can also use canned, but jars are preferable.
  • 3/4 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional cheese for topping


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix everything together in a bowl and make sure it's well combined.
  • Top it with some extra shredded cheese
  • Add it to an oven safe baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starts to brown.
  • Serve immediately with chips or vegetables.
