Ingredients

Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

Peach Moscow Mule

  • 1 cup Peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer If you want to keeo these more fizzy, hold off on adding the ginger bear until the cocktail is distributed to each glass.
  • 2 Tbsp. vodka
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Peach and lime slices as a garnish

Instructions

Cinnamon Simple Syrup Instructions

  • Combine water and sugar in a saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Stir to combine until the sugar dissolves.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes on low.
  • Let cool and then pour the simple syrup into a mason jar or some other airtight container.
  • Add three cinnamon sticks and chill for at least 12 hours.

Peach Moscow Mule Instructions

  • Combine the peach nectar, vodka, ginger beer, lime and cinnamon simple syrup in a large pitcher or mason jar. Swirl together to combine. Note: To keep it more fizzy, add the ginger beer to each individual glass after pouring.
  • Fill Moscow Mule glasses with ice and then pour the mixture over the top.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime and a few peach slices.
