Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans with the ends trimmed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh grated parmesan
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced or grated garlic (About 3 cloves)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Mix together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the mix over the tops of the green beans
  • Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven and add the mozzarella cheese to the top.
  • Bake for another 3-5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted, bubbly and golden.
  • Top with parsley, additional salt and pepper as desired and serve!
