Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse the shrimp and lay them in the baking dish. Coat both sides with the olive oil.
Combine the melted butter, white wine, lemon juice, garlic and half of the parmesan cheese. Whisk well.
Pour the mixture over the shrimp.
Add salt and pepper and put in the oven for 8-10 minutes. You don't want to go longer than 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with remaining Parmesan cheese and the parsley.
Serve immediately with additional salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
