Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Open and drain the cans for the Chickpeas completely. Lay them out on a paper towel for 10 minutes to help reduce extra moisture.
Add the chickpeas to a baking sheet with the olive oil and spices. Mix by lightly sharing the sheet or using your hands.
Add them to the oven for 20 minutes. Check on their doneness then and give them 5-10 more minutes. More than likely they will need closer to 30 minutes to be done but just check. You can even do a taste test of the crunch if you like.
Once done, you can eat them right away or let them cool and store them. They will get crunchier over time.
