Do you know a Do It Yourselfer? IF you do then you might think those people in your life are hard to shop for. No worries. I’ve curated a list of items that any DIYer enthusiast will be sure to love. No matter your budget, there’s something on the list you can find for the Do It Yourselfer in you life that you love.
Also, as a side note, when I think of DIYers, I think of working with wood and building things. So if you are more of a crafty DIYer, I’d love to hear about the gift guide you would like to see in comments below.
Workspaces and storage solutions
When it comes to making space for Do It Yourselfers to do their thing, everyone needs a work bench. We actually have this stainless steel on {HERE} that I use for soap making and clay work. But, there’s a lot of great work benches out there on the market for people using power tools too. And there’s a lot of storage solutions that like this one {HERE} that can help organizer a DIYer’s life. We personally use these shelving units {HERE} to organize everything from garden things, to tile and tools.
Power Tools
What Do It Yourselfer doesn’t love power tools? Some of these can be investment pieces but there’s also some that will just help with regular tasks that are truly the right price too. From dills to sanders to saws and even paint sprayers, power tools help all DIYers to get the job done. Some of my favorites include this paint sprayer {HERE} that I bought to make painting furniture a breeze. Compared to some I’ve seen this one is a steal and works well! Additionally, we love our DeWalt Miter Saw too {HERE} and use it for pretty. much everything. Lastly, it’s always important to have a good orbital sander on hand for any kind of wood building projects. We’ve had a few of these over the years but this one {HERE} is our favorite.
Helpful everyday items
There’s some things that Do It Yourselfers just shouldn’t live without. In fact, in researching this piece, I stumble across a few things that I’ll be buying for Kevin this season. (Kevin, if you’re reading this. Stop now, please.XOXO}
So Kevin is for sure getting one of these magnetic wrist bands {HERE}. I can’t tell you how often I pull screws out of the washing machine and dyer because they were hidden in one of his pockets. He’s also getting this multi tool {HERE}. It’s perfect for his keychain and he can carry it everywhere.
This tool kit {HERE} is also one of my favorite things. Kevin bought it for me for my birthday last year so I could have my own set. It makes it easier than to always ask him where the Phillips Head Screw driver is. Probably in my washing machine…
