Our pool space is almost ready and our family is so thrilled to have had this dream finally come true. A pool is something we have been wanting for years – even before we lived here – and it has come to life over the last few weeks. Tomorrow we have our orientation and then we are all set to use it for the summer season.
Refreshing spaces
With the new space has come a lot of new ideas for patio and pool decor to help merge the patio we have and the new area. I have been turning ideas around in my head for weeks now and going back and forth between doing very navy blue centered decor versus more of a charming bed and breakfast kind of decor. No matter what, with the addition of the pool it seems it is time to give our whole patio space a refresh. I thought I would share some of the pieces I’m thinking about in case you want to give your patio or pool space a little refresh this summer too.
Amazon Patio & Pool Decor Finds
I first looked on Amazon for some pool decor on Amazon and found some really cute things that I think could work. In fact, some of them were a big savings over other places too. {HERE} is a full list of the patio and pool space decor that I liked.

Then I went searching on other sources too because I wanted to make sure I was really getting items that I felt would work for us long term. These are higher end stores and while some of the products were remarkably simple, there were still some unique products that I thought could really help give the space charm. I already have the stone planters that I have suggested below and I have had them for years. They have held up wonderfully and I love them. Overall, I’m still not sure exactly what direction I want to go. Pulling together these patio and pool space inspiration boards did help me to see how different items would work together though.
